Soreli is a personal AI life assistant that helps you organise your time, coordinate your household, and live a more balanced life. Soreli uses artificial intelligence to help you manage schedules, plan your week, and make smarter decisions about your time.
Soreli is a tool to support your decision-making — not a substitute for professional advice. For medical, legal, financial, or safety matters, please consult a qualified professional.
To use Soreli you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must not share your account with others or allow unauthorised access.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. If you are adding household members under 18, you confirm that you are their parent or legal guardian and you consent on their behalf.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Soreli is offered on a subscription basis. Pricing, billing cycles, and plan details are displayed at the time of purchase and may be updated with reasonable notice.
- Free trial: New users receive 14 days free with no credit card required during the trial period.
- Billing: After the trial, your subscription renews automatically at the rate shown at signup unless cancelled.
- Cancellation: You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for unused portions of a subscription period.
- Price changes: We will give you at least 30 days' notice before changing your subscription price.
You own your data. We use it only to provide and improve Soreli for you. We will never sell, share, or monetise your personal data, schedules, or life information with third parties.
By using Soreli you grant us a limited licence to process your data for the purpose of providing the service. This licence ends when you delete your account.
For full details on how we handle your data, please read our Privacy Policy.
You agree to use Soreli only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not harm others. You must not:
- Use Soreli to store, share, or process illegal content
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit Soreli's systems
- Use Soreli to harass, deceive, or harm any person
- Share your account or resell access to Soreli
- Attempt to bypass any security or access controls
Soreli uses artificial intelligence to assist you. While we work hard to make Soreli accurate and helpful, AI can make mistakes. Soreli's suggestions, schedule optimisations, and recommendations are not guaranteed to be error-free.
You are always responsible for reviewing and confirming any important decisions — especially those involving appointments, travel, finances, or health. Do not rely solely on Soreli for time-critical decisions without verifying independently.
We aim to keep Soreli available at all times, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Soreli depends on third-party services (including cloud infrastructure and AI providers) that may occasionally be unavailable.
We will communicate planned maintenance in advance where possible. We are not liable for losses caused by service interruptions outside our control.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Soreli and its team are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the service — including missed appointments, scheduling errors, or decisions made based on Soreli's suggestions.
Our total liability to you in any calendar month will not exceed the amount you paid us in that month.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will notify you by email and update the date at the top of this page. If you continue using Soreli after the changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms.
If you disagree with any changes, you may cancel your subscription before they take effect.
If you have any questions about these Terms, please contact us at privacy@soreliapp.com.
We are a small, founder-led team and we read every message.
Soreli supports shared household accounts. The person who creates an account is the Account Holder and is responsible for the subscription and household settings.
The Account Holder may invite other household members to join using the invitation feature within the app. Each invited member will create their own individual Soreli account, linked to the household, with their own login credentials.
Roles: Account Holders have full access to household settings, member management, and subscription management. Household Members can access their own data and shared household information, subject to the privacy settings established by the household.
Privacy between members: Soreli enforces privacy boundaries between household members. Events and information marked as private are never shared with other members. Each member's conversations and personal memories are private to that member.
Member removal: The Account Holder may remove a member's access at any time. Removal takes effect immediately. The removed member's personal data within the household will be retained in accordance with our Privacy Policy unless a deletion request is made.
Invitations: Invitation links expire after 48 hours. Each invitation is single-use. You are responsible for ensuring invitations are sent only to people you intend to add to your household.
Soreli offers an optional connection to your Google Calendar via Google's OAuth 2.0 authorisation flow. Connecting your Google Calendar is entirely voluntary.
What Soreli reads: If you connect Google Calendar, Soreli will read your calendar events (read-only access using the calendar.readonly scope). Soreli uses this data solely to help you manage your time and household.
What Soreli does not do: Soreli does not create, edit, or delete events in your Google Calendar directly. Any calendar changes Soreli proposes are added to Soreli's own household calendar within the app, not to your Google Calendar, unless you use the calendar action features which operate on Soreli's internal event store.
Data handling: Your Google Calendar data is processed to generate responses and is not stored beyond what is necessary to provide the service. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Revoking access: You may disconnect Google Calendar at any time from your Google Account settings at myaccount.google.com/permissions or from within Soreli. Disconnecting will not delete calendar data already stored in Soreli's household event store.
Google's terms: Your use of Google Calendar data through Soreli is also subject to Google's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Soreli includes a Proposal Engine that allows it to suggest and, with your explicit confirmation, execute certain actions on your behalf — such as adding, updating, or removing household calendar events, or managing your shopping list.
Your confirmation is always required: Soreli will never take an action that modifies your data without first presenting a clear proposal and receiving your explicit approval. You may always reject, modify, or ignore any proposal.
Limitation of liability for actions: While Soreli takes care to present accurate proposals, you are responsible for reviewing any proposed action before confirming it. We are not liable for outcomes resulting from actions you have confirmed.
Irreversible actions: Some actions, such as event deletion, may not be easily undoable. Please review proposals carefully before confirming irreversible changes.
Soreli's intellectual property: Soreli, its name, design, AI models, software, and all associated intellectual property are owned by or licensed to us. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our intellectual property beyond what is necessary to use the service.
Your content: You retain full ownership of all content you provide to Soreli — including your conversations, calendar data, household information, and preferences. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process this content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the service for you. This licence ends when you delete your account.
AI outputs: Suggestions, plans, and responses generated by Soreli are provided as a service. We do not claim intellectual property ownership over AI-generated outputs produced in response to your inputs.
Termination by you: You may close your account at any time from your account settings or by contacting us at privacy@soreliapp.com. Closing your account will cancel your subscription at the end of the current billing period.
Termination by us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in abusive behaviour, or if we are required to do so by law. We will provide notice where possible, except in cases of serious or repeated violations.
Effect of termination: Upon account closure, your access to Soreli will end. Household members linked to your account will also lose access.
Data deletion: Following account closure, all your personal data and conversation history will be permanently deleted within 30 days. Anonymised or aggregated data that cannot identify you may be retained for service improvement purposes. To request immediate deletion, contact us at privacy@soreliapp.com.
