Everything you share with Soreli belongs to you. We do not own it, sell it, or use it for anything other than helping you.
Your personal information is never sold to third parties, advertisers, or data brokers. Ever.
Soreli does not use tracking pixels, behavioural advertising, or hidden analytics to profile you.
You can request deletion of all your data at any time by contacting us. We will process it promptly.
What we collect
Information you choose to share
Soreli only collects what you actively provide during onboarding and conversations. This includes:
- Your name and email address
- Your daily schedule and routines (what you tell Soreli)
- Your household and family situation (as you describe it)
- Your work hours and working style
- Your wellbeing and energy preferences
- Your Google Calendar events (only if you choose to connect)
- Documents and images you choose to upload for analysis
- Your conversations with Soreli
How we use it
Only to help you — nothing else
Everything Soreli collects is used for one purpose: to give you a better, more personalised experience. Specifically:
- To personalise Soreli's responses to your life and situation
- To generate your Weekly Balance Report
- To send you proactive nudges when relevant
- To remember your preferences across sessions
- To connect to your Google Calendar if you choose
We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, research, or any purpose outside of helping you directly.
Where it lives
Secure, private storage
Your data is stored securely using the following services:
- Supabase — your profile, preferences, and conversation history
- Anthropic Claude API — processes your messages to generate responses (not stored permanently by Anthropic)
- Resend — delivers your weekly reports and nudge emails
- Google Calendar API — reads your calendar events if you choose to connect (read-only access)
Google Calendar
Read-only, opt-in, revocable
If you choose to connect your Google Calendar:
- Soreli only reads your calendar — it never creates, edits, or deletes events
- This connection is entirely optional
- You can disconnect it at any time from your Google account settings
- Your calendar data is used only to help Soreli give you more relevant advice
How long we keep it
Your data, your timeline
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you choose to close your account:
- All your personal data and conversation history will be deleted within 30 days
- Email delivery records held by Resend are subject to their own retention policy
- Google Calendar access is revoked immediately upon disconnection

Your rights
You are always in control
Regardless of where you are located, you have the right to:
- Access all personal data Soreli holds about you
- Correct any inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your data at any time
- Withdraw consent for any data connection (calendar, email)
- Export your conversation history

Beta programme
What being a beta user means
Soreli is currently in private beta. As a beta user:
- You are helping shape a product that is still being developed
- Some features may change, improve, or be removed
- Your feedback is invaluable and genuinely appreciated
- Your data is protected with the same care as any production user
